The purpose of SMRT Paths Behavioral Health Services is to provide compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health support to children and adolescents ages 5–18 who are navigating emotional, social, behavioral, or trauma-related challenges.
Through individualized care, family engagement, school-based collaboration, and community-centered services, SMRT Paths helps youth develop the skills, support, and confidence they need to heal, grow, and move forward on a healthier path.

Comprehensive psycho/bio/social assessments assist in determining diagnosis. A comprehensive review to understand each child’s behavioral health needs and guide the right treatment plan.

Supportive school-based services that help students manage emotional, social, and behavioral challenges.

SMRT PATHS offers individual, group, and family-centered care that helps youth build healthier coping skills and emotional resilience.
